Compliance Manager, Brokerage recruitment
The Company
Our client, an expanding international Brokerage company, currently seeking an exceptional Compliance Manager. This role sits within the Legal Compliance team and oversees the compliance management across the business.
The Role
- Designing, enhancing and maintaining the compliance frameworks;
- Ensuring that the firm adheres to currently legislation surrounding compliance requirements;
- Participating in new product development;
- Liaising with the organization's stakeholders on a regular basis and providing relevant advice regarding compliance issues;
- Maintaining the internal control processes and procedures;
- Providing advice on compliance issues;
- Preparing and conducting compliance training for new employees; and
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with professional qualification is highly preferable. You must have minimum 5 years' post compliance working experience in compliance within financial services industry. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
