Job Description
- To conduct reviews, data analysis and interviews to assess potential risk areas and evaluate the adequacy of the arrangements which the business units/distribution force have established to comply with all requirements in relation to industry regulations and company guidelines.
- Developing a risk-based Annual Compliance Plan Performing regular on-site and back-end reviews
- Engaging Business Units when conducting reviews
- Tracking and following up on all agreed recommendations and action plans
- Execute the compliance functions , analyse and provide information on the state of compliance of the distribution channels in relation to Industry regulation and Company guidelines.
- To highlight any regulatory breaches or Corporate business risks because of non compliance or improper market and business conduct.
- To review and update current policies to ensure alignment to the latest business objectives and guidelines specified by the regulators.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline (Accounts, Finance)
- M5, M9, M8, HI (not a must but will be an added advantage)
- Experience in conducting assurance reviews in insurance companies or Audit background
