Compliance Manager, Insurance recruitment
The Company
Our Insurance client is on an exciting phase of continued development and new leadership, and as such, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager to effectively manage the company's risks and avoid breaches of laws, regulations and regulatory standards.
The Role
- Developing and maintaining strong compliance risk management program;
- Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, manuals and training programs;
- Ensuring changes in laws and regulations are appropriately reflected and in place;
- Ensuring proper compliance training takes place;
- Ensuring marketing and sales material is in compliance with all laws, regulations and company policies;
- Assisting in liaising with regulators; and
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with professional qualification is highly preferable. You must have minimum 5 years' post compliance working experience in legal and/or compliance in financial services industry. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
