Compliance Manager recruitment
Key Tasks:
• To release the relevant accountabilities set out in internal manuals by proactively assisting management in identifying and containing compliance risk, monitoring, reporting and certification, fostering a compliance culture and optimising relations with regulators.
• Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the incumbent is involved, specifically Internal Controls and Compliance policy.
• Act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.
• Support Line Management in discharging their responsibilities to comply with relevant Regulations (e.g. by reviewing new products/activities for compliance implications, advising on system enhancements, initiating changes to relevant manuals to reflect regulatory requirements, monitoring the businesses for adherence to the Regulations and providing input to audit and training programs).
Looking for:
High calibre professionals with at least 5-6 years of international compliance experience within the banking sector. The incumbent must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
