Compliance Manager recruitment
A Global Bank is looking for a Compliance Manager for a large sclae and complex Legal and Compliance Function. The Compliance Manager will act as SME for the function and will work heavily with the Business to incorporate changes to various pieces of Banking Legislation. Although this is an SME/Line role, candidates are needed who have significant Project/Change experience.
Role Requirements
- Effective liaison and consultancy with policy and process/ procedure work package lead to feed into 'to be' requirements appropriately from a compliance perspective
- Provide expertise to articulate clear and accurate requirements from a compliance perspective into the 'to be' process/ procedures/ system changes
- Provide expertise to articulate clear and accurate requirements from a compliance perspective into the 'to be' control and monitoring requirements
- Effective liaison across other linked projects and programmes.
Required Experience
Candidates MUST demonstrate significant experience in as many of the following Compliance areas as possible, and an understanding of how they effect Non Incorporated Accounts -
- FSA’s Banking Conduct of Business Sourcebook (BCOBS), and conduct risk/TCF more generally
- CASS (FSA’s Client Asset and Client money rules)
- CCA/CCD issues
- Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) requirements
- Financial Crime requirements
Candidates must have an understanding of Non Incorporated Accounts
