Compliance Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
• Manage the compliance function for the Company as they relate to complex regulatory requirements.
• Carry out analysis, due diligence and investigation work around identifying potential regulatory malfunctions, identify any compliance issues, and if necessary, produce plans to address at all levels of the business.
• Work with other members of the Compliance team, business operations and other stakeholders to find solutions around any issues arising.
• Analyze and identify existing and proposed legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices, and help businesses develop and implement procedures to meet these requirements.
- Deal with the regulator on a Local and European level, and keep up to date with any regulatory changes.
Skills/Knowledge
• The ability to constantly meet deadlines while ensuring attention to detail, and high levels of accuracy.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Financial Services regulations, particularly in relation to investment companies and collective investment schemes.
• Ability to communicate with senior management,
• Legal Background would be advantageous, as would Compliance/AML and Audit experience.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations would be a distinct advantage.
