Roles/Responsibilities
- Ensure company and its policies are in compliance with relevant laws, statutory regulations requirement.
- Handling the application of necessary government licenses for company’s business operations.
- Responsible for guiding and monitoring the Finance Operation department.
- Perform compliance monitoring.
- Ensure effective corporate governance is in place.
- Maintain good relationships with all areas of the business
Required skill
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant rules and legislations (FSA).
- Real Estate Brokerage License holder
- Native Japanese language skills and business English.
Preferred skill
- Significant exposure and knowledge of Compliance.
- Real Estate working experience
Personal Attributes
- Good communication/presentation skills.
- Self starter, who is also capable of motivating members of other teams in order to successfully complete projects.
