Compliance Manager recruitment
The role will be responsible in assisting the Group Compliance Manager in all corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters pertaining to the Group. Providing research in regulatory compliance matters, notably regulatory requirements in the different jurisdictions where the Group operates and does business and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions.
To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:
- Good degree in finance, business administration or accounting, from a recognised university
- At least 8 years work experience, primarily in external and internal audit
- Experience in financial services sector required
- MUST speak, read and write Bahasa Melayu
- Pan-Asian regional experience preferred
- Experience/ background in insurance/ reinsurance would be a bonus
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Keen eye for detail, process oriented in approach, yet always with the big picture in mind
