Compliance Manager recruitment
The purpose of the compliance manager role is to plan, organize and conduct the company’s compliance review; assist the head of compliance in monitoring, testing and verifying the effectiveness of procedures and measuring compliance risk. You will have to provide expertise advice, coach team members and uplift the team capabilities as a team leader; communicate effectively with internal audit and other risk management functions to take a collaborative approach to compliance risk management.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree or above, strong leadership skills, strong coordination and planning skills, good analytical skills, solid banking and compliance or auditing experience and being able to meticulous to details. A professional accounting or audit qualification is an advantage but not necessary. Good oral and written English and Chinese communication skills are a must.
