Compliance Monitoring Analyst recruitment
Business Unit Information:
Working in the London-based Compliance team of three, who develop, implement, monitor and work to enhance procedures, key controls and policies based on relevant regulatory requirements and focus on monitoring business areas to seek to ensure that appropriate regulatory and risk controls are in place and functioning appropriately.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to begin a career within a dynamic financial services organisation within a compliance role. We are looking for a junior Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join an ambitious and vibrant investment firm based in the West End. The role will be truly varied and allow the candidate the opportunity to develop a range of compliance skills and experience through the taking on of any number of monitoring and project based tasks
This would suit either a candidate with a years Operations experience or a graduate who has a keen interest in Compliance.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
• Real time and thematic monitoring/testing tasks
• Root cause analysis
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of the monitoring/testing processes
• Ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks, as required
• Assist in development and maintenance of regulatory training programs

• Proficient IT skills – all Microsoft Office products and ability to pick up other systems/databases easily
