Description
The compliance monitoring manager plays an essential role within the organisation. You will be part of a growing team and your responsibilities will include the following ones:
• Planning, undertaking and leading compliance reviews
• Identifying risk issues that impact the business
• Testing internal procedures according to the FCA regulations and the Group’s policies and procedures.
• Ability to analyze information to identify potential risks areas, plan and undertake compliance reviews.
• Write and set up new policies and procedures across different areas of the business
• Reporting issues/risks and recommending potential solutions in written reports.
The candidate:
The successful candidate must have the following experience and attributes:
• Good working knowledge of the regulatory environment, rules and requirements in which the business operates.
• Good technical knowledge of the services and products offered through CMB and related internal procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and engage with senior management on a professional manner
• Ability to analyse management information to identify potential risks areas, plan and lead compliance reviews.
• Experience in Internal Audit, Risk or Supervisory reviews are not required but would be beneficial
