Compliance: monitoring manager recruitment
Role
As a senior compliance officer you are responsible for monitoring the overall compliance of the business units in accordance with the local and international regulations. You are a direct report to the head of the compliance.
- Monitoring compliance — collecting and analyzing information on the compliance status of the various business lines;
- Detect and correct violations; Provide evidence to support enforcement actions.
- Evaluate program progress by establishing compliance status; develop Self-monitoring, and self-reporting by the regulated community.
Profile :
- University degree, major in legal ; complementary education in compliance a plus
- Very good knowledge of swiss regulations, solid / significant experience in a compliance department, with a strong emphasys on cross borders opeartions and flows
- Outstanding communication and inter personal skills
- Experience in Switzerland in a Compliance fucntion as well as residence in Switzerland is compulsory
Language skills are very important for this function (French, English, German a plus)
