Compliance Monitoring Manager recruitment
Within the role you will be responsible for driving the monitoring activity and ensure all business units are monitored on an ongoing basis. You require a wealth of knowledge within the FSA regulations to interpret and test using a defined methodology.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Enhance the current Compliance Monitoring program
- Execute and develop the existing Compliance Monitoring Programme and implement a programme of continuous assessment with business units.
- Develop the Compliance Monitoring Program to monitor activities
- Continuous monitoring and testing against the plan to ensure that business units remain in compliance
- Where compliance deficiencies are identified, to work with the business unit to develop a remedial action plan and to ensure timescales for completion of same and retesting are implemented by the business unit.
- Responsible for maintaining regulatory watch and updating the business on new laws and regulations
- Ensure that new products or services are reviewed and updated
You will need to have significant Compliance experience in a FSA regulated environment. Demonstrable experience of developing and running a risk based Compliance Monitoring program. Previous experience of identifying and analysing the impact of regulatory changes is required too.
