Compliance Monitoring recruitment
Duties:
- Conduct Compliance Monitoring activities throughout the business
- Identifying areas of risk that require attention and advising in relation to solutions
- Providing accurate and detailed reports where required
- Completing adhoc compliance activities as and when required
Requirements:
- Understanding of compliance in relation to FSA rules and regulations
- A good understanding of the financial services industry
- Experience in assessing risk in relation to auditing systems of internal control
- IOC or equivalent would be advantageous
Personal attributes required:
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communicating and negotiating skills
- Keen to develop technical knowledge
- Strong analytical, research, problem solving skills
- Good attention to detail
