Compliance Officer 40% recruitment
In this exciting and challenging role you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and testing the companies control framework in turn ensuring that this is operating effectively and in accordance with regulations. In a role that is hands on and requires flexibility as well as self motivation, your daily tasks will include:
-Develop and maintain compliance monitoring systems in accordance to evolving requirements
-Working closely with colleagues to further develop consistent and successful compliance frameworks for global offices
-Maintain knowledge of Compliance and identify changes for companies regulated entities
-Assist and advise on the correct application and interpretation of relevant Laws and Codes of Practice
-Conduct regular analysis of results from Compliance testing
-Regular participation in compliance projects
The successful candidate should hold the following skills:
-3+ years in the field of compliance
-A solid understanding of the Trust industry and prior experience in this field is vital
-Meticulous attention to detail
