Compliance Officer (Fund Management) recruitment
Your role includes provision of regulatory advisory, establishing regulatory matrices of applicable laws and regulations and conducting compliance reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management and/or Legal work
- Strong knowledge in capital market services’ laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of key regulations such as the Securities Futures Act and Financial Advisers Act
- Good writing and communication skills
- Proactive, meticulous and able to multi-task effectively
