Compliance Officer – Luxembourg recruitment
Role:
The main Compliance tasks will include:
- Understanding Luxembourgish compliance rules
- Creating, monitoring and updating of a Luxembourgish regulatory control system which lists on-going regulatory obligations
- Reviewing the existing compliance Luxembourgish Manual to ensure compliance with Luxembourgish compliance rules
- Monitoring regulatory developments in Luxembourg and providing regular updates to the Head of Group Compliance
- Reviewing and approving marketing documents, research articles and press releases
- Ad-Hoc support as required by the General Counsel and the Head of Group Compliance
Requirements:
For this challenging position we are looking for a legally trained compliance officer/lawyer (approximately 2 to 5 years qualified). Experience with regulatory laws and regulations and Luxembourgish rules are a pre-requisite.
Further, you are a service and quality orientated person with strong analytical and communications skills, goal orientated and able to collaborate to effectively implement new procedures.
Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
