My Client are a successful international bank, urgently recruiting for a Compliance Officer and MLRO to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a financial services organisation, with excellent scope for career development. The role is based in the City of London, and will require the successful candidate to:
- Be approved by the FSA for CF11 (MLRO) and CF10 (Compliance Officer)
- Be the primary point of contact with the FSA
- Provide compliance advice for all aspects of the business
- Ensure staff at all levels are aware of the relevant compliance requirements and possible internal and external penalties for a breach of a law, regulation or company rule
- Assist with staff training in compliance, adhering with FSA regulations, company policies and the ways to avoid risks
- Keep abreast of all new legislation and how it affects the business
