What do you need?
- Experience in a Financial Services Compliance role this could be In-House, from the Regulatory/Compliance practice of a Management Consultancy or working directly for a regulator
- Strong information analysis and report writing aptitude
- Ability to assess the impact of regulatory change actions required to address impact
- Create and develop regulatory aligned challenges / cases for change through working with the business
What will the role involve?
- Drafting high impact and high quality, insightful regulatory reports and thought leadership pieces
- Being alert to and mindful of regulatory changes and communications from our regulators and how these may impact business activities
- Drafting of the monthly conduct report for the UK Executive Team and Group Board, as well as producing monthly regulatory reports for business units
- Drafting of quarterly Conduct Risk reports
- Drafting ad hoc reports for UK and Group management
- Being mindful of strategic and operational business priorities as well as our regulatory responsibilities in reports / thought leadership produced
