We have an outstanding contract opportunity for a Compliance Risk and Controls BA/PM to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies. In the role of a Compliance Risk and Controls BA/PM, you will play an integral role in helping our client deliver market leading services that set it apart from its competitors.
The key focus of the role is to help in the successful creation, implementation and maintenance of risk and controls framework and its integration into the risk management elements of the organization including risk issues, audit reports, risk assessments, new regulation, policy changes and change assessments.
Additional Position Details:
You will be responsible for management of the Risk and Controls Assessment (RACA) process every quarter across all functions of Compliance across all countries in the region including testing planning, organization of testing resources, RACA test execution, evidence collation, progress and results reporting, preparation for challenge sessions with Operational Risk; management of any project related activities in the region to improve the Risk and Controls Process including (but not limited to), Migration of assurance process onto new platform, alignment of the RACA globally, identification of delegated controls and more.
Competencies:
You will have previous work experience as a BA or PM within Compliance Risk function and experience working in change environment in financial services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
