Compliance & Risk Change Manager recruitment
Our client are a top tier global investment bank, seeking to recruit a change professional to join an on-going programme of work, focused around client facing compliance systems and processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working in conjunction with a variety of stakeholders, across line BAU management, operational risk and quality assurance, to ensure processes are robust and provide regulatory assurance, with regard to client compliance. In addition the successful candidate will be charged with identifying suitable opportunities for process enhancement and operational risk mitigation where required. Duties will include:
- Working with stakeholders in line to develop and implement a risk based plan of work that assesses the adequacy of compliance systems and controls in alignment with quality assurance.
- Identify and assess the regulatory risk facing the Bank and ensure these are considered in the on-going development of the UK framework.
- Assess the effectiveness of client facing compliance processes and controls, ensuring synergy with the established corporate framework.
- Identify and mitigate operational risk, ensuring target deadlines are met.
With demonstrable SME within operational risk, or quality assurance, the successful candidate will have a solid track record of change delivery within compliance, or operational risk, within Investment Management or sell-side Banking
