Compliance Support Manager recruitment

Reporting to the Head of RLAM Regulatory Risk Compliance, the Compliance Support Manager will be responsible for monitoring regulatory change and appraising relevant business areas of the impact.
Key responsibilities will include:
You will provide management with updates on key regulatory developments such as enforcement actions and Dear CEO letters and consider lessons to be learned.
You will review and update the RLAM Risk and Compliance website to keep the business fully informed.
You will provide support and guidance to the business on key technical areas of regulation, including Handling of Client Assets, Financial Crime, Market Conduct, Marketing of Products and Financial Promotions, and Operation of Collective Investment Schemes.
You will provide compliance support for business projects to ensure all key regulatory risks are identified and articulated.
You will review and update regulatory procedural and policy documents on an annual basis or more frequently as circumstances dictate.
Skills and Experience required:
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have a relevant professional qualification, e.g. IMC, SII Diploma.
You will have extensive regulatory and asset management experience in a compliance/assurance role.
You will have detailed knowledge of all relevant regulations, covering a range of regulatory disciplines which will provide expert understanding of either collective investment schemes and/or from office operations.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong organisational skills.
