Compliance VP, Global Equities Long short Fund
Reporting to the regional head of compliance, you will be responsible for all compliance matters pertaining to the Singapore. This will include
- Licensing
- Ensuring adherence by local employees to company compliance policies and developing local policies
- Monitoring and Surveillance
- Making regulatory filings inSingaporeand coordinating with MAS
- Working closely with Finance
- Marketing materials review for Asia
- AML compliance
- Compliance training
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in an empowered role with exposure to the business as well as opportunity to take ownership of the Singapore compliance function for a top tier firm.
Degree qualified, you should have at least 6-9 years relevant experience in buyside compliance in Singapore. You should have managed regulator relationships in Singapore and have demonstrated success in working independently. You should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
