Job Description: You will be part of a chip development team in Graz. The Infineon Technologies Austria AG Development Center Graz is focusing on RF and Power products for Automotive applications as well as on Chipcard and Security products.
Your main tasks are:
- Development of verification concepts and plans
- Coordination and performing of chip evaluations according to verification plan
- Development of test and evaluation boards
- Development of characterization-programs
- Analysis and documentation of characterization results
- Close cooperation with Concept Engineering, Product Development and Test Engineering
