Job Description:
Help Desk position providing tech support for internal staff
customers amongst 18 offices in NW
Indiana Chicago Southland
Responsibilities: troubleshooting computer issues office wireless
networks, printer maintenance and
advising smart phone setup for all the
latest models: iPhone, Droid,
Blackberry, etc.
Provides Internal Customer Training of company tools using Webex
Installs, upgrades, maintains
inventory licenses for all office
computer software hardware.
Responsible for all office voicemail / phone systems
Office based position, but
local travel required
Must be on call nights
weekends
Must have reliable car
smart phone
Job Experience:
Extensive experience in Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 Mac OS platforms
Expert with Kaspersky, Malware and Nortons Anti-Virus software
in corporate setting
Expert Microsoft Office Word,
Excel and Powerpoint user
Experienced HTML user
