Positions Responsibilities:
Technician will be responsible for first level support of our small and medium sized commercial clients.   You will be working remotely; troubleshooting client request using remote access applications along with support requests via our ticketing system.   Technician will need to have the ability to troubleshoot Level1 support requests and close or escalate accordingly.   Client requests must be documented in our ticket system in order to keep client up to date on their existing support requests.   Good customer service skills along with a great overall attitude is a must.

Job Requirements:
• Resolves issues by researching documentation; troubleshooting hardware, software, or feature problem; guiding client through corrective steps; escalating problems to second level; tracking status of problems and solutions.
• A solid understanding of networking for both wired and wireless technologies.
• Install, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot software applications such as Microsoft Office 2007/2010 and Windows Operating systems (XP Pro, Windows 7 Pro and Server 2003/2008)
• Follow up on problems and requests while providing timely updates to clients and management.
• Need to be able to effectively work with ticketing system to make sure all client requests are documented properly and updated in a timely manner.
• Must have a customer service attitude; have the ability to communicate in a professional manner with co-workers and clients.
• 2-4 Years Help Desk or Computer network support is required.

• Responsibilities occasionally require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
• Some local travel will be required depending on workload out in the field.  Need to have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Requirements:
• CompTIA A+ certification; Network +, or Security +
• Microsoft Certifications
• Experience working with ticketing systems to track customer requests.
• Experience in the proprietary industry specific software and applications are a big plus.  Includes: Physical Therapy,   Legal, Medical, Accounting, and Construction Industries.

Expected Schedule/Pay Rate
• $11 to $16/hr DOE
• 40 Hours per week with occasional overtime depending on work load.
• Initial Shift would be Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5pm. (Times may change a little as we adjust to work load. )
