RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop POM Wonderful’s strategy, relationships and partners necessary to grow pomegranate juice concentrate sales
- Find and develop opportunities that fit company’s long term strategic plans for pomegranate concentrate sales through new customers and/or channels
- Help improve internal infrastructure and commercial tools needed to support business growth
- Drive strong communication across functional areas within company to ensure deadlines and customer specifications are met
Job Requirements:
- BA degree in business, marketing, finance or related field
- 5 to 8+ years of juice/concentrates sales ideally to: Brokers, distributors and Large food manufacturers (e.g. Kraft, General Mills, Kellogg, etc)
- Experience navigating ingredients through the product development process at major food manufacturing companies
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to successfully work and achieve goals with a minimal amount of direction
- Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative, be proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions, build relationships with
- customers and internal associates, and follow through on all aspects of the business.
- Proficient in Power Point, Excel
- Ability to travel as needed
- Preference for candidate to live in California but not a requirement
