A permanent vacancy for an experienced Concessions Supervisor / Manager has arisen for a leading ladies fashion and accessory retail company in Swansea. Working within a local department store the role is for a self motivated person with a retail background to join a nationwide team delivering excellent customer service and leading a small team. You will be fully responsible for increasing brand awareness in a company that sells beautiful high end high street fashion. Duties will include driving and motivating the team to achieve KPI’s, manage and control costs, ensure store is visually appealing at all times, stock control, rota’s, develop team members and provide feedback and comments on stock to head office.
