Concierge
Commercial FM Client Servicesis a division of Group Property that manages all aspects of the property life cycle for bank tenanted and owned buildings. The Concierge Team are located on the reception desks in buildings and are the first point of contact for both staff and visitors. The role is 100% customer facing, meaning it is important to display friendly and professional customer service at all times.
The primary purpose of this roleis to:
Deliver professional and friendly customer service to ensure a seamless Concierge experience.
More specifically your main duties will include:
- Provide excellent internal and external customer/client services
- Managing visitors and Group staff through the building
- Managing the Lobby works visitor management system on a daily basis to capture all new visitors
- Allocating temporary access passes to visitors and ensuring all passes are returned
- Maintaining safe and clean working environments in all customer facing areas
- Answer telephones and respond to emails with a friendly and professional attitude at all times
- Create an impression on both our external visitors and residents by providing excellent customer service
- Liaise with management and security when required
- Where applicable, log any maintenance requests through the Maximo system
- Request all after hours services through management when required
- Manage contractors and all visitors and clients through the building maintaining high standards of security
- Regularly contribute to the on-going improvement of the customer service operation at Parramatta Precinct
- Liaise with the Client Services Manager to assist with groups, visitors, functions guests, etc
- Maintain effective working relationships with other teams within Group Security, Group Property
To be successful for this fantastic opportunity you must have:
- Previous customer facing experience and is passionate about delivering a high level of service
- Is genuinely friendly and helpful at all times
- Is patient and considerate towards our internal external customers
- Manages time efficiently and is well organised
- Strong MS package skills
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- The ability to perform and communicate effectively in a close working environment
- The ability to remain calm, professional and focussed
