Agilex’s Homeland Security team based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in risk management, enterprise systems development and business process improvement.
In this role, we are seeking a junior to mid-level Configuration Analyst to perform software configuration management support services. The analyst's primary role would be maintaining and controlling the configuration items, documentation and artifacts related to software development and system delivery. The analyst would be responsible to maintain project software code, inventory and organize configuration baselines through automated tools and manual processes.
Responsibilities:
•Plan, implement and document source code management, version control and system build management
•Manage code libraries and configuration items
•Create delivery artifacts and incident records for software releases using configuration management tools
•Performs various administrative activities such as project support, research assistant and facilitate data requests
•Assists in the planning testing and assembly of software assets and documentation
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in source code management tools (ex. Serena Dimensions, Perforce, PVCS, GIT, Clearcase, SVN or similar)
•Ability to maintain software configuration data files
•Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to coordinate changes and maintain configuration baselines
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
•Software configuration management, version control and experience with deployment processes
•Strong project management skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Must be a United States Citizen and have the ability to obtain and hold a clearance
