Configuration Manager, Level 3
- Designs and establishes management documentation.
- Authorizes the release of drawings, and software configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups.
- Provides advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation.
- Plans and implements methods to improve response.
- Participates in special studies.
- May provide work leadership for lower level employees.
- Under the guidance of a senior level analyst, performs data management tasks as required by contract.

Required Skills:
**This position requires a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance**
Experience that is required for this Configuration Manager, Level 2 position include a minimum of 5 to 7 years of:
- Subversion (MUST HAVE)
- Bugzilla (Nice to have)
- Software and Hardware Interfaces
- Develop required scripts or code to automate and integrate chosen configuration management tools.
- Build the test, functional and operational baselines, as required. Update baseline copies as configuration changes are made in development and testing.
- Track, control and report status of all software and infrastructure changes to project software. Develop and maintain the version description documents (VDD) documents for all tested and formally delivered software.
Required Experience:
**This position requires a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance**
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meet the experience requirements; or equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
- Equivalent experience examples are an Associate’s Degree, military training, NCS classes, commercially provided training, or demonstrable program experience and an additional two years experience in this or similar labor category.
