Applications are now sought from appropriately experienced professionals for a key role within our Maritime business located at Rockingham. As the Configuration Process Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day conduct of the configuration tasks involving managing data, parts, software and documents in soft and hardcopy within the Anzac Alliance Delivery Organisation. The Alliance overseas all necessary maintenance and upgrades to the ANZAC Class frigate ships.
Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
• Ensuring all eligible data, part and associated documents are nominated by Engineering and Logistics and are correctly recorded in the configuration management system.
• Administering the initiation, review, authorisation and change release processes according to the project configuration management procedure and company practices.
• Assisting in the maintenance of processes, procedures and tools of the configuration management system.
• Ensuring all relevant data is maintained efficiently to allow the information to be visible and retrievable by all relevant employees.
• Ensuring system and data integrity by maintaining accurate and up to date system and data records.
As the ideal applicant, you will have:
• A degree, diploma or certificate qualification in engineering or a related discipline or a trade skill with suitable experience.
• At least intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to interact effectively with colleagues within and outside of your immediate team in order to implement business requirements.
