A leading organisation in the Bristol area requires an experienced Software Configuration / Release Analyst to join its growing and successful team. Suitable candidates will have experience of coordinating and managing release cycles to ensure all aspects of a software release - both technical and non technical - are considered. As a result, suitable candidates will have the following experience:
Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Some prior development experience - ideally on eof the following: VB6, PHP, C#, ASP.net.
Knowledge of Release Management Procedures.
ITIL awareness.
Knowledge of Branching/Merging.
Able to work individually and within teams.
Communication of system issues to development team and system architects.
Positive outlook and attitude to deliver results.
