Descripción de la oferta: " Ensures timely preparation of interim and year-end group statutory consolidated financial statements with all complementary notes in compliance with IFRSs
" Oversees consolidation of Spanish division results on a monthly basis and supports provision of accurate internal financial reporting
" Reviews monthly consolidation packages (received from operating entities) ensuring the accuracy and early identification of statutory and consolidation issues
" Speeds up the process of monthly consolidation and reporting to achieve Group requirements
" Ensures that Group Accounting Policies are applied properly trough the Division. Prepares guidelines and oversees financial reporting processes for all the legal entities in coordination with Group
" Leads periodical reporting (Quaterly GRPs) and audits (interim and year-end audits) as well as month-end closing processes - streamlines the efforts of local Chief accountants
" Establishes standard templates throughtout the group. Drives development and implementation of enhancements to the Division consolidation and reporting systems in coordination with consolidation group
" Coordinate local controllers and relationship with external accounting services companies (in smaller subsidiaries). Ensures all intercompany accounting entries are properly reconciled
" Liases with company's auditors and reviews issues that arise in audits
" In coordination with Group tracks down accounting standards developments and ensures compliance with them
" Ensures effective implementation and enforcement of financial control procedures throughout the Division
" Cooperates closely with finance team in terms of providing accurate and consistent financial information for subsequent analysis
" Trains and mentors accounting staff across all Division entities on IFRSs developments
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer): -Background of 5-7 years in similar position . Experience in international consolidation, establishing financial control tools and reporting processes as well as in accounting for business combinations (acquisitions, disposals, mergers)
-High level of English is a must
-Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards
-Knowledge of multi-currency consolidation and accounting processes
-Understanding of business environment
-High level of English is a must
