Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

Providing overall support to President/CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and Administrative Assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.       Process and prepare incoming/outgoing Mail, FedEx, Courier deliveries.

2.       Responsible for preparing owner contracts and change orders using AIA Software.

3.       Assist Administrative Assistants with the processing of subcontracts, purchase order and change orders.

4.       Prepare all required letters or correspondence for President/CEO, Chief Strategy Office.

5.       Performs word processing duties as required.

6.       Filing of any correspondence.

7.       Performs related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1.       AIA Software experience preferred.

2.       Construction experience preferred. 

3.       Viewpoint experience preferred. 

4.       Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel

5.       Five (5) years of clerical experience, three (3) of which must have included performance of duties at a responsible level.
