Construction Associate
- Reports to construction assistant managers, project manager (pm) and vice president of construction (vp) for all project updates and assignments.
- Receive and print all plans and revised plans from architecture dept and update f21 project reports.
- Release f21 plans to general contractors (gc) approved to bid on upcoming project.
- Perform construction material take-off and forward to purchasing dept in timely manner.
- Gather upcoming project’s bids for project coordinator (pc) or pm.
- Create packing list of construction material for ongoing projects.
- Schedule shipment of f21 supplied materials to the job site per the construction schedule.
- Troubleshoot construction material shipment and material issues for upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Remind and/or follow up miscellaneous tasks with gc/vendors for pc and pm as requested.
