They have a superb portfolio of work and have enjoyed outstanding growth as a result of their reputation and high quality work.
Due to an increase in their project portfolio, we currently have an opportunity for an Area Coordinator/Project Coordinator with mine earthworks project background on their latest mega project run from their Brisbane office. This is a key role within their mining division and we require proven experience in the execution of large heavy industrial projects. The successful candidate will have experience providing on-the-ground guidance and support on site safety for contractor groups, supervise site construction works and provide feedback to management on performance against time, cost, quality and safety targets. With a strong background overseeing the safe and timely construction of this project, as the successful candidate, you will have:-
- Experience as a Field Superintendent / Coordinator within an EPCM environment
- Civil/earthworks experience from a contractor management perspective
- Exposure to both Greenfield and Brownfield integration work
- Strong champion of site safety standards
- FIFO experience
- Stable employment history with long term employment tenure
- Experience working on projects within Australia
This role will commence in the Brisbane Office with mobilisation to site expected in 2012. The FIFO roster is 11/3 within Queensland.
