Our client is a Top Tier law firm with a strong presence both globally and in Perth. Due to the ongoing multi-million dollar infrastructure development projects to support the resources boom, the ever growing Building Construction team is seeking experienced solicitors to join them.
As a Construction lawyer, you will be involved in every aspect from drafting contracts, advising on contract risk allocation, drafting advices on contract and construction law and regulatory issues affecting the construction industry and infrastructure in general. As a valued member of this dynamic team you will be responsible for your own work load under direct supervision of a highly regarded partner.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 4-5 years post admission experience in Building Construction law and capable of working across a mix of front and back end work. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to expand your skills and develop professionally with this firm.
