Construction Manager
On behalf of Kelly Executives client a key construction business, we are currently seeking a ‘Construction Manager ‘ who has commercial construction experience. The ‘Construction Manager ‘will join their professional and specialised delivery team on a number of multiple projects.
Duties Responsibilities:
Construction Manager - Multiple Projects. Defence, Retail, Commercial
• Responsible for management of several projects
• Responsible for delivering quality checks and implementing safety procedures
• Full Involvement and accountability for all construction activities
• Responsibly for costs and budget tracking (elements of procurement for equipment)
• Responsible for your full time leading hands and for subcontractors to oversee all project objectives are being achieved in accordance with project scope
• Involvement in progress meetings alongside subcontractors, PM’s and customers
• Provide weekly construction progress reports to senior management
To be successful at this role you will have:
• Experience of Multiple Project management – 4-6 projects at a time
• Engagement with key stakeholders – subcontractors, customer
• Experience of project values from $10 – 50 million
• Experience within the commercial construction sector – industrial, education and defence based projects
• Experience of commercial and financial based elements and management
