Opportunity to join growing multi family REIT is looking for a construction manager/project manager. They are looking for someone to manage 2 multi-million dollar high rise building renovations located in New York City. This person will be responsible for increasing the efficiency of planning and property construction. This person will also be responsible for increasing the communication between multiple contractors, monitoring construction schedules, and perform on-site inspections.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 year of experience in the construction field and at least 2 year of experience managing others.
