Construction Project Manager (H/F) Job in Portsmouth, Rhode Island US
Merion Construction of Rhode Island is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager responsible for day to day activities in Portsmouth, RI. Job requirements include subcontractor coordination, administrative implementation and management of proposals, subcontractor work scopes, schedules and budgets. Must have a full understanding of cost control, scheduling, critical time frames and contracts, as well as proficiency with AIA forms, Timberline, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of all trades with heavy emphasis on high end finishes is a must.
Subcontractor management will consist of coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to assure competitive costs, scheduling and timely completion of trade work. Must also manage quality control on a daily basis and excel with verbal and communication skills.
