Construction Regional Manager
Prominent national auger cast pile contractor is searching for a Regional Manager to run their Southeastern division.
This position will be responsible for all company operations in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic States. This person will fill the role of salesman, estimator, PM and business leader. Additional support shall be provided by the corporate headquarters as needed.
Travel throughout the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic states will be required on a regular basis to meet with clients and engineers as well as monitor job progress.
Qualification Requirements:
At least 7 years experience with civil construction or engineering and at least 3 years working with auger pressure grouted piling.
A Geotechnical or Civil Engineering Degree is an absolute must. A P.E. license is not required but is a plus.
A strong business background with experience running all the business aspects of a company as well as the operations side is essential.
You must have experience with monitoring and controlling labor and material costs as well as overhead costs.
