Consultant - Qualified Accountant - £Negotiation

Successful candidates will perform the following activities for different projects. Working as part of the transformation team you will be
Build strong relationships and work closely with client staff throughout the end to end
Assist in reviewing the effectiveness of existing LD Strategies and interventions and make recommendations for improvements based on experience working with other organisations.
Assist in the design, development and roll out of eLearning and training technology including the use of virtual learning environments, webinars etc
Provide coaching to members of the client's team as part of a Learning and Development project
Manage training and capability projects involving the design, development, delivery and logistics of specific training interventions to a variety of audiences (e.g. eLearning, face to face classroom based training, focus groups and workshops)
Conduct training needs analysis projects to identify specific capability gaps and identify LD interventions required to bring about a change in skills, knowledge and/or behaviour.
Evaluate training interventions, including behavioural assessments and on-line surveys, to provide data to clients on the impact of interventions within the business capability and training development process
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with an ability to be customer facing. You can range from a newly qualified through to being senior member of the team.
