With an unrivalled position in the consulting and project management space, this specialist player in the wealth and asset management industry is seeking an astute, motivated individual with a consulting background to join the team and help grow its capabilities.

The Role

Working with a cohesive group of individuals with deep sector experience from some of the industry’s leading wealth management firms, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of highly regarded clients on a broad range of projects focusing on strategy, research, and products across retail and institutional segments. You will work on projects with the firm’s partners and senior consultants and have the opportunity to drive thought leadership initiatives.  Above all, you will surprise and delight your clients with the quality of the work you produce, delivering an experience and outcomes clearly superior to their in-house teams. 

The Person

To be considered, you will have roughly 3-5 years’ strategy and consulting experience with a major consulting firm, and ideally some industry experience.  Financial services or specific wealth industry experience is of interest but not essential.  A record of academic and career achievement is important. Along with striving to make a positive contribution to the team and developing your knowledge, you are expected to develop a significant network of contacts in the industry. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where there is scope to work on exciting, challenging projects and where there is a strong connection between results and reward. You are technically proficient, have a confident style and want to learn from the best in the market. Degree qualifications are essential and advanced qualifications at master’s level would be well regarded.
