My client is globally recognised as a leading player in the restructuring and financial advisory arena. The London business is growing and requires Consultants to join the Financial Advisory / Restructuring team with a bias on the MA market.
The role incorporates a mixture of creditor and corporate / PE side transactions and requires a sound understanding of restructuring transactions including IBR (Independent Business Reviews), cashflow analysis and working capital analysis. This opportunity will facilitate someone developing their career beyond pure restructuring into a broader MA role and therefore should be of interest to someone below Manager level within TS / Restructuring.
Successful candidates will benefit from enhanced deal flow, strong compensation and bonuses and exposure to all elements of a transaction resulting in a broadening skill set across MA, restructuring and insolvency. You will also be working on some of the most high profile transactions in the market place. Ideal candidates will possess an ACA or equivalent (first time pass) from a top tier frm coupled with relevant restructuring / TS experience post their qualification.
