Consultant
The Consultant - Oil Gas will play a key role in the development of the oil and gas sector in the Falkland Islands. You will aid the economic development of SMEs on the Islands by identifying, developing and co-ordinating key projects through the provision of sound business advice, access to finance and on-going management support with project delivery.
The Consultant - Oil Gas will be responsible for the financial appraisal of project proposals and monitoring the progress of projects related to the sector. Your role will involve developing national and international partnerships to share best practice and develop new markets. You will monitor the supply chain of services and products associated to the oil gas industry.

Who we're looking for
The Consultant - Oil Gas in the Falklands will meet the following criteria:
• Business degree or professional qualifications
• A track record of delivery in areas such as banking, structured finance, or consultancy; including loan appraisals, project management and financial analysis
• Good understanding and knowledge of the oil and gas industry
• A track record of preparing bids, securing and managing funding for development projects
• Knowledge of supply chains associated with the oil and gas sector
• Prior management of grant schemes
