This new role (or potentially 2) has just been released. The right person for this position is going to be somebody who is very comfortable in a client facing position, as well as someone who has a sound understanding of the Education sector, either from an end user or a software house or consultancy background.
My client is looking for excellent interpersonal skills and an individual who is flexible, motivated and will always put the client first. The main focus of this position will be to work within a team responsible for delivery of training and consultancy services to Education establishments.
Although specific technical skills are not necessary for this role, you will have prior domain knowledge of the sector and have previously worked in a consultant or client facing support position. Additional duties will include: working with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations, contributing to UAT, and providing onsite support and training.
