We are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator, Corporate Actions within our Asset Servicing business.
THE ROLE
This is a consultant role for the APAC Corporate Actions custody and investment outsourcing voluntary processing team. The main responsibilities of this role will be to manage operational activities and supervise day-to-day work, this includes supporting the team functionally. This role is also responsible for implementing and supporting the team to deliver on team objectives throughout the year, while supporting each partner on their personal objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify and process voluntary or optional corporate action events to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor notifications from sub-custodians and external vendors through the use of internal systems and direct vender access to ensure timeliness of deadlines.
- Oversee complex transactions where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes. Advise partner/s where necessary.
- Review and make recommendations to procedures to improve operating efficiency and team development.
- Provide support to the team to deliver on objectives through mentoring, coaching and sharing expertise while ensuring your own objectives have / are being met.
- Support the team manager, and other business units to meet the strategic goals of the organization

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in corporate action related roles
