We are now seeking an outstanding individual to drive the growth of their Executive Reward Consulting Practice. Working across a wide range of industries the team advises clients on all aspects of executive remuneration from the design of LTI and STI schemes to governance and compliance issues.
This rare career opportunity is ideal for experienced consultants with a proven track record in advising boards on executive remuneration who combine a passion for driving business growth with sound technical knowledge and a distinctive strength in mentoring talented staff to achieve results. 
 
Your leadership and the ability to address complex challenges by focusing on the critical issues and constraints affecting executive performance will have been demonstrated through experience in either management consulting or industry roles.
