Consultant – Fund Manager
Business-side Consultant with Fund Management experience is required by a leading London-based Fund Manager.
This consultancy works for a variety of the largest Fund Management companies in the City and specialises solely in Fund Management / Asset Management.
The book of work available to the company’s employees is huge and involves front to back, cross-functional work across both Business Analysis and Project Management.
For those with Fund Management experience, this opportunity is generally considered far preferable than working for one of the Big 4 consultancies, as the high-pressure sales aspect is removed from the job, the work/life balance is much better (circa 9-6) and the focus is purely on Investment Management.
This role will look at candidate with a variety of levels of experience.
- Business Analysis experience (70%)

- Ability to learn quickly, even learning new business areas from scratch
- Business side experience with an element of IT exposure

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Good front office experience
- Regulatory experience
- Experience dealing with Strategy, Process and TOM’s
- Structured analysis techniques such as UML
